Photo taken this morning in Kilmartin glen, I focused on the foxglove plant held the focus and panned left to get a good background, thinking in my amateur mind that this would make a good shot.........................

Now you tell me where I went wrong and how I could have improved the shot, the location is only a short walk from my house, so I can soon take another one utilizing your advice.

Hi Chris

I think you need more foxgloves. The foreground is lacking something, yet the glen in the distance isn't strong enough to act as a focal point.
