Have a look at the sky, especially on the right. I suspect your scanner glass is dirty. I'm not the one to advise on scanners since long-term Forum members know that my scanning is so bad that it causes injury, and sometimes even death. You probably need to clean both sides of the glass (paper towels and Windex).
