Spo Posted May 8, 2012 Share #1 Posted May 8, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) Was in Amsterdam last week working.I managed to get a few hours to myself with the X1 and took a large number of...different images. Having been there before I wasn't looking for the usual tourist type shots and as a result ended up with some stuff that I can't quite figure out. Here's the first four, make of them what you will. pauledell Posted May 9, 2012 Share #6 Posted May 9, 2012 Spo, A fine group of shots. I prefer Nos, 1, 3 and 4 the most. I would imagine No.4 probably best fits the mood of your trip with the subject's relaxed pose. Paul
Iduna Posted May 13, 2012 Share #7 Posted May 13, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) Spo, thanks fro showing the Xi potential. Pictures are showing your intention quite well and since I will be going to Amsterdam next week myself I'll take your inspiration to discover unusual sights. Thanks for sharing. leicamann Posted May 13, 2012 Share #8 Posted May 13, 2012 Fine set. the X1 is a fine camera, it all depends in whos hands its in. Ever since the Digilux 1 , people believe that if you pay enough money, " Merlin" is included, that way the camera no longer needs a photographer, it takes perfect images all the time, I like to know "when" people will be disabused of this notion? Its the photographer, then the camera, not the other way around. Thanks for sharing Cheers, JRM
