Maybe I'm naive, but I never sensed any danger wandering about Naples with my camera during the week I spent there. All images captured with Leica M9 and Summicron 35mm f/2 ASPH. Theres not many places where I've had the old heart racing with worry... but several occasions when we ended up off the normal tourist routes after dark had me genuinely scared.... At least at night you can't see just how decrepit and neglected the place is..... Sorry if that treads on a few Neapolitan toes but thats how I found it..... and I see theres still a rubbish collection strike....
