Guest suilvenman Posted September 28, 2011 Share #4 Posted September 28, 2011 I think I can detect one Lowry figure, which, ironically, sums it up about The Lowry. Beautifully done, Pete. Ken.
spylaw4 Posted September 28, 2011 Share #5 Posted September 28, 2011 Good shot, Pete. The C-Lux 2 is a remarkably good and under-estimated little camera. As for the Lowry - well I'm a fan of modern architecture, but IMO from that angle it's a bit of an inconsistent mess.
elansprint72 Posted September 28, 2011 Author Share #6 Posted September 28, 2011 Thanks chaps. The C-Lux2 is a much better camera to use than the C-Lux3, goodness knows what they were thinking about when they "designed" its controls. I sometimes detect the ghost of the Leica glow in B&W shots from the C-Lux2. Brian, if you think The Lowry is an inconsistent mess, you should see "Media City" just behind it!
