Posing at the Opera

Thanks to you all.

Stuart, you are right that on a nice day the steps and forecourt of the Opera House are usually packed especially with tourists. However, they were taking so long posing for each other, and otherwise oblivious to their surroundings, I had time to silhouette them against the sky and wait for the right moment when no-one else was nearby. The 50mm as a short telephoto helped here with framing.

I plan to wander down there soon and take some architectural photographs (especially with the 21mm).

Mark
