British museum - Assyrian

Bristish museum this afternoon. I just had a quick jaunt around a few of the rooms.

Oh, that's interesting.

Have you got one with the eyes in focus, but the beard not?

Andy, no. I've always found it very difficult to get an interesting shot where the foreground is out of focus. Background can look good, but with the foreground I always think that the shot looks messy.

You really need a 35/2 verson IV to nail that focus problem.

Excellent details and selective focus, and I like the disconcerting feel of having the face out of focus.
