Concerning the boat my immediate response was submarine

The geometric arrangement of the colors really adds to this picture.

A great shot for sure, however I almost see two different - and equally interesting pictures here. I think a shot of the poles with the birds alone would be very strong, as well as a shot with the wreck alone against the barren desert. My eyes are moving between the two at the moment. Where was it taken ?

Thanks for the many kind comments.

The shot was taken on a boat tour out of Walfish Bay last April. I worked on the colors in LAB mode.

Tremendous shot with beautiful colors...and I like the way the horizontals are interrupted by the vertical posts...great composition.
