Guys,

It's clear that Manchester UK is quickly becoming the international centre for Leica events.
Yesterday at Dave the Grave's fabulously presented and very informative lecture, the suggestion that a Christmas event would be interesting would be well supported. So here goes:

A morning of Leica photography around Manchester, starting at 9:30 for 10:15 on Sunday 16th December at the Castlefield Museum coffee shop and concluding with a Xmas lunch at 2pm in The Ox in Castlefield ?

A table reservation is required, so early indication, or better still a definite 'YES' vote, will help.

As nothing is firm yet, the arrangements can be altered (to meet flight times from Malta etc).

Post early for Christmas.

Rolo,

You're not to be allowed entry to Malta ever again !
You can all meet in Gozo, Comino or Filfla if you want to.....but not in Malta !!!

I would like to come, but transport problems seem to be ruling it out, together with recovering from dinner out the night before!. Enjoy!

I'll be there, along with Armitage Shanks and Rowley Birkin Q.C. The other fellow is undecided, as yet.

We shall, strangely, only require one seat for luncheon.

At one time it almost had blood on it - mine !

There used to be a ride at the Butlin's fairground in Pwellheli called the Mouse (Pete will have a dozen pics of it). It terrified me, but not as much as the BMW bearing down on my rear passenger door.

Falstaff, can I have two flags on the car for the Xmas lunch. Muh better than just the usual one. Gives me a feeling of self-impotence. Silly I know, but others get delusions of grandeur from a 10 mpix digital camera.
