Just a note to repeat what I've said before: I love my Leica MP.
Thanks. Allan

I can sense this love; and may it continue! I am still continuously falling into deeper levels of appreciation with my M5 much like William.
good cheer, thomas

I'm quite fond of mine as well. The black paint is now starting to wear off the corners and edges giving it a very nice patina. The little gem is a tactile wonder.

Alrighty then. Also note the new 50/1.4 ASPH that I had to have, thanks to seeing some of Mr. Brewers shots. This picture was taken with a Panasonic FX8 that I absolutely hate.

Hi, all - just a quick note that I haven't had to watch out for purple fringing or color banding, etc. with my MP yet. But, I do have to change the firmware (software?) every 36 shots or so. :-)
Cheers, Mike |

I just saw, for the first time, a Leica MP at my local shop. It is without a doubt, the best looking Leica I have seen in years. If I was in a position to buy a Leica, the MP would be my camera of choice.
WHAT A CLASSIC!!!!!! |

There's very few other camera that you can buy new today, that will invoke this kind of emotion. I have two and would never part with them.
