Two Leicavits - any difference?

I have two Leicavits, the first one was a promotion with a new M7 bought a couple of years ago. The second one came with an MP3 set. I don't need two so I have a question: is there any build/functional difference between the two? Specifically, is the MP3 one (with fancy scripting on the front and back and a serial nr.) a "better" Leicavit than the regular one? Reason I'm asking is that I've seen the MP3 Leicavits for sale and sellers are asking a lot more for them than for regular Leicavits.

Only 500 made in black paint total for the MP3 style Leicavit, hence the premium on it.

So the scripting is the charm on the MP3 version. There are two for sale on eBay at the moment so I'll watch how they go.
