Colour noise, C.A., etc?

On a few images -- which are resized very large (i.e., at a minimum of 30"x20") -- that i've taken with the Leica M240 + latest 50mm Summicron f2 (Non-APO), I notice that certain parts of a minority of images have "colour" that shouldn't be there ..... it's like a dusting of colours that kind of look like a blend of orange / blue that is certainly not natural. I've seen it in parts of an image that contains dense fabrics such as a clothes top (but it's not a wavy patterned look that I'd assume is moire -- again, it's a more like a dusting of unnatural colour). I've also seen it in images where there is higher contrast such as a glacier's ice in the mountains, and in the area of a landscape image where there are a lot of small rocks on a distant mountain side.

Given i'm new to this issue, is this most likely colour noise ... (or less likely moire) ..... or chromatic aberration? And if so, any recommendations to resolve it in post processing .... or alternatively, is this a lens (e.g., non-APO??) issue?
