jdlaing Posted August 18, 2014 Share #1 Posted August 18, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) When connecting my M-240 to the Mac Book Pro with the USB Cable and MF Grip, Capture One does not see the camera to Import the photos. Am I doing something wrong?

Jeff S Posted August 20, 2014 Share #3 Posted August 20, 2014 (edited) Probably unrelated, but are you using Logitech peripherals by any chance? Jeff Edited August 20, 2014 by Jeff S
jdlaing Posted August 20, 2014 Author Share #4 Posted August 20, 2014 Probably unrelated, but are you using Logitech peripherals by any chance? Jeff No sir. I simply connect the USB cable from the multifunction grip to the MacBook Pro and open Capture One.
Luke_Miller Posted August 20, 2014 Share #5 Posted August 20, 2014 After the Capture One installer installs the program it asks if you also want to install a couple of drivers. One of them is used for USB tethering. Perhaps that driver is not installed.
Bobitybob Posted August 20, 2014 Share #6 Posted August 20, 2014 You could try using Image Capture to set Capture One as the preferred app for your camera. Connect the camera via USB open Image Capture. If the camera is listed as a device select it and go to the little arrow at the bottom of the sidebar. In the drop down select the app to open when the device is connected (you will have to navigate to the app). Close Image Capture and disconnect the camera, restart to be on the safe side and then reconnect the camera, if all is well Capture One should open. Certainly works for LR, hopefully it will work for Capture One.
jaapv Posted August 21, 2014 Share #7 Posted August 21, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Try setting from PtP to Mass Storage or the other way around in the camera menu.
