DMR and moisture

Has anyone experienced moisture ingress on their DMR?

I've just sent mine off for repair; is it likely to be worth the cost?

How wet did it get?

If it got soaked/immersed it is probably a write off.

We got caught out in a downpour; I got it back in my bag but by then, that too was pretty wet. I noticed condensation on the inside of the LCD as I unveiled it in the dry.

Oh dear! Let us know what Solms say. I keep a pair of Optech disposable wet covers in my bag just in case.
