As I'm about to be onthe move, I bought a Hyperdrive Colorspace.
Everything's fine, except that the device that was shipped by the online shop
of Sanho, maker of the Hyperdrive, from the US has strange infos about
the system :
Usage : 8746 times
Copy OK : 9517 cards, 23698 files
Copy N.G. : 36 cards
Recover : 33 cards, 1909548.

As I received the item new and never used it until tonight, I wonder if the drive in it
is not a refurbished one, which would be a disgrace.
I've put a ticket to their customer service and see what happens…

It certainly seems to be a refurbished unit. At the very least they own you a partial refund.

They instantly replied to me it was a bug : they do not sell used or refurbished units.
How can I be sure ?

Johan,
There is a newfirm ware release available for their devices. The notes mentiones at least one of your numbers.
