I found this post in the Leica forum at Dpreview.com. If it's true it would be amazing. I would love a Leica CM-Digital......

I wouldn't be surprised if Nikon and Canon throw their hats in the ring as well... As for Leica, think 'Leica digital CM' rather than CL -- fast fixed lens, optical VF but no RF. Price? Who knows. But they cannot make a poor man's M8 for $2000 as it would kill the M8 sales. Besides, MP and M7's still cost a fortune new.
