D-Lux 3.2mp camera

Hello,
I have a question I cannot find out there and since I do not know anyone who
owns one of these, the Leica D-Lux 3.2mp cameras maybe someone who has
had one can help me. My question is about the View Finder the optical one
not the LCD one. Is it like those I'm used to in, say the Canon P/S cameras,
that being covering about 75-80% of the lens view? Or does it cover the whole
or almost the whole view of the zoom lens 35-105. Also how about half press
shutter lag. Is it fast or is there still lag at the level of half press. I thank you
