Actual SD card speed?

I have tested my sandisk extreme pro, rated 45mb and toshiba exceria 90/95mb card speed, both of them read speed about 20mb and write speed about 17mb, is this normal? Maybe I have got fake one?

If you are testing them in a personal computer, then the speed might be limited by your card reader.

Depends on the controller used in your reader. If you used a Macbook Pro from a few years ago for instance, they were really slow.Since 2012 the read is bette, the write not.

In other words, you are not testing just the card, but the combination.
