OT: Giugiaro Interview for the Nikon Fans

Found this flash episode on Nikon's Japanese web site, it's an interview with Giogetto Giugiaro, who has designed all Nikon's flagship cameras starting with the F3 from more than 20 years ago ... if you skip to the end and click on view photos, there're several D3 samples at 800x533 size.

The designer for Canon's 1D series is Yasuhiro Morishita ...

Giogetto Giugiaro got his name designing beautiful cars, and while working for Bertone, designed the Laborgini Miura. When he struck out on his own he started a firm called Ital Design. I had no idea he branched out to things non-automotive.
