Lightroom - moving from one machine to another..

.. is there a way to replicate or transfer development settings? sorry if this is a basic question. TIA

Just save your develop settings as a preset by clicking on the plu(+) sign on the left panel under presets.This wil give you a list of things to check off to save, then name the preset.The preset then can be found by context(right) clicling on the preset you just made & click on show in finder.That folder/file then can be copied along with other presets to a disk/zip drive /usb drive & copied to your new computer into the same folder in your new machine!
