Need help with finding Viso adapter

I just bought a Viso III and macro adapters 16471 and 16474 for the old Elmarit 90 and Cron 90 I have. Just realized I also need the regular adapters 16464 and 16462 to stack with the macro adapters in order to use on the M mount of the Viso III. Can anyone steer me in the right direction to get either one?

Try Shphoto-gmbh ( Germany ) or Gokevincameras (USA) on Ebay.
They usually have those adaptors. Not cheap, though

Almost every week somebody is selling them on eBay.
