LOL I think i have found the answer to the adapters that you need for CV lenses. I was looking around on e-bay. Look very closely at the mounted adapter . if i am not mistaken it is either a 90 or 135 exactly the adapter you need for CV. Now go search the planet looking for this setup but be careful don't let on how much the damn mount is worth. LOL
I don't know if it come apart easily or what but it sure looks like a alternative way of stealing one of these cheap. Okay go have fun and you guys owe me big time. Sharp eye, Guy. We don't know however, how the adapter was attached to the bellows. The worst case scenario could be that the bayonet wings were filed off to fit this thing into the bellows opening.

Yes that is the thing , just not sure how that is mounted. but that is what is needed
