Default Re-size Workflow Recipes

Found the workflow thread very interesting. Clearly there are a number of ways to get the M8 raw files up to 50 mb 8 bit tiffs. Been looking at all of the options, using C1, Abobe Camera Raw, Re-sizing in Photoshop, as well as exporting to 5200 pixels in Aperture. Wondering what the community has found out in recent weeks?
