OK so I bought a "mint" Contax 85mm f1.4 Planar MM and, when it arrives Wednesday, will begin my first foray into manual photography on my L1. (And yes, I got an adapter as well!)
Any advice and support will be greatly appreciated. -ddog |

If you otherwise like the lens, get a focusing screen from katzoptical.. I just got mine and it makes as easy to use manual lenses as it always way - ha ha. works great.

Hi Bo, I'm very interested in the focusing screen and send the guys a mail. But does it works like a regular split focusing screen? My last view thru such a thing was with my old A1 in the last century. Would you recommend this invest of 150U$ ?? Cheers
