What can I say? I like it better with the noise, which I would call "grain". But I do like SILKYPIX and have bought it recently.

Hello:
I do think the noise looks much like a TriX neg processed in Rodinol, an old Agfa developer. I like the grain, but for a subject such as this, where the main subject is very smooth, and metallic, the lack of grain works well for me. I've yet to try SilkyPix on a 400asa street-image, for instance. For some reason, I'm feeling SilkyPix would not look as appealing in that instance. CD |
