Default Question about Caption One Pro Transformation

Dear all,

I am using Capture One Pro 3.7.5 to transform the DNG files to TIFF/JPG.

However, I find that the picture EXIF information cannot be retained after I open the transformed TIFF/JPG files by Photoshop for re-touching.

Actually when I click the file information option in PS, all the information are empty, there are no aperture value, shutter speed, ISO setting etc. being recorded.

But in C1 I can find such information.

Would anyone please advise what happen?

a) you should be using 3.7.6, since the profiles are improved. The upgrade can be downloaded from Phase One's website. And there may be a 3.7.7 coming once the firmware support for IR-cut filters is provided.

b) I think there has been a problem with EXIF in a TIFF output file, but the Jpegs produced by C1 have always had proper exif, in my experience. I mostly produce JPEGs and when I look at them in IrfanView, they have all the EXIF info that is available.

Scott,

Just downloaded 3.7.6, it works very well with the EXIF information recorded. Thank you very much.
