Leicasonic batteries: fx-01 vs D-LUX 2

I wondered if anyone can confirm to me that the batteries used in both the D-LUX 2 and the Panasonic FX-01 are the same (even though one says Leica and the other says Panasonic, obviously)? Are the chargers identical as well?

I've looked at the capacities, outputs etc of both batteries and chargers side by side and they look identical.

I ask because I treated myself to a FX-01 at a knock-down internet price in the January sales and on unpacking the item the batteries, charger etc look identical to the D-LUX 2.

The D-Lux 3 and C-Lux 1 have the same battery.

How about Leica v-lux 1, can I use the same batteries from the Panasonic counterpart? They are cheaper.
