Ok so how do I do that? I have looked but can not seem to find where I do it. Any help would be great. Thanks

You should look at the manual.
Basically, it's in the menu, but you can also assign one of the "function" settings to access it faster. FWIW, ISO's above 200 are pretty noisy...

Press the menu button, on Rec menu 1/5 scroll down to sensitivity, scroll right and there is the range of ISO, choose one, press menu. Take photo.
