Many years ago I bought a pair of these accessories for my two M3's. They were never used and now I can't even remember what they were to be used for. Obviously, they had to do with film spools somehow. I've tried to convey their details in the attached photos. Shown are two identical sets, each having two pieces. The "spool" has a loosely sliding chromed tube, one pic at full extension, the other pic fully retracted. The smaller item has a clamping screw to attach the item to the chromed tube (I guess).

Yes, they are a couple of rapid load kits, I have one fitted to my M2. It doesn't speed things up to the level of an M4/6/7, but it is quite convenient and very easy to self-install.
