Your worst nightmare...
DHL pick up Leica in London after being sent to Solms, you track it happily getting on the plane to South Africa and then nothing...
Nobody knows where it is, it did get on the plane but it seems it never made it off the plane and everyone is blaming everyone else. Great... |

If I had three or four hours, I could tell you every horror story involving DHL that I've experienced. Unfortunately, that would be every shipment they've ever been responsible for. It is shocking that this company is still in business. I hope you have a good outcome when it's all done.
