Am I missing something, or does this forum have the worst search feature know to man.
At the moment I am looking for any info I can get on the CM...some hints on the focus lock. Yet when I search for CM, or Leica CM, or Leica CM point and shoot, or whatever...all I get is a '0' response because my search enquirey is too 'common'. I seldom see any posts on the CM so I can't see that it is too common. Any hints would be appreciated. |

There are "issues" with the Search function...
![]() What do you want to know about the CM? I have one (or rather my wife does..., ahem) and it's a little belter. Have a look at the "shops" section on my website. Most of those were taken with it.

Thanks Andy...will definitely check your website later.
Specifically I do a lot of shooting where the subject is off centre. Now with my M this was not problem. My query with the CM is thus: If I want to shoot something where the main subject is say...1.5m and off to one side, and the background is at least a stop exposure difference...do you find the manual focus accurate enough to handle this situation (bearing in mind most of my stuff is low light...wide open). Or should I shift the exposure and use the A/F lock to focus and recompose...which would seem a pain in the neck in regards to the 'decisive moment'. Thanks for any hints. |

Alternatively, you could search this site via Google using the following;
"Leica CM" site:leica-camera-user.com Should work anywhere, just type the URL of the site you wish to search |
