Daumen hoch Martin Meister - full of little surprises

I decided to get a user 28/2.8 R and found a suitable one at Meister Camera (for me still Leica bei Meister btw ) Good price ,condition B.
Today it arrived -within two working days without waiting for payment- and it turned out to be condition A-, "used lens by the Leica Akademie with one year factory guarantee"

i'm happy for you. it's always good news when your expectations, even high ones, are exceeded. when you're in hamburg sometime, you should a) join me for a coffee or drink somewhere, and b) visit leica bei meister. it's a beautiful store, full of lovely "toys" for photographers.

looking forward to new photos from you

regards

rick

Yes, the Leica Academy is getting rid of a lot of their lenses.

Maybe it has something to do with the R10?

Or with less persons using R cameras with the advent of the M8, or with the anticipation of a spate of new R lenses (rumourmongering now )
