sf20 m6ttl problem

My M6TTL will sometimes not trigger the SF20 when the flash is set to TTL ,but it works every time with the flash set to auto .Leica UK checked both a while ago and found no fault ,must be something in the body ,any ideas?

The M6TTL triggers flash only if exposure time is 1/50s or longer.

Thanks,but the fault is there all the way down from 1/50sec,the ttl light confirmation illuminates ok in the finder prior to the gun not firing .It is very annoying .
