I am interested to know anyone's experience with an upgraded viewfinder for the M7 or M6 coupled with a magnifier. I've had my M6 upgraded and like the contrast. I was thinking of upgrading the M7 too, but wanted to know how it worked with a magnifier. Thanks.

Or VERY similar. There ought to be no difference.

I have an upgraded VF in one of my M7s and have used the 1.25x magnifier on it. No difference.

I'm curious, I thought that the M7 had the most recent viewfinder already. Was that only later models?

Yes, later production. Any M7 you buy new now has the MP finder.

Any idea when that started? Mine is one of the betriebsk models that they put out, I think after the MP was already released.
