Good question Robert and I don't have the answer. My shipment that day was CONUS. I'll ask when I go in the next time.

UPS delivered in 36 hours.
Insurance is half the total price of shipping.
Customs only needed a pro forma stating
equipment has been bought in Europe and
sent for adjustment/repair.
