The address is correct; I tend to use their own abbreviation "LCAG" instead of the full name which might advertise what's in the package, though a customs declaration (not needed in Europe) does that anyway.

Their English is generally excellent, but I suggest you use plain language in telling them what the problem is and what you want them to do. Some emails I've seen reproduced here, especially from people in the US, use colloquialisms which may or may not convey their intended meaning to someone whose mother-tongue is not English.

Problems, and requirements will probably be self evident but noted in point form on their standard dl form and covering letter.
Just seems a bit odd sending nearly ten grands worth of kit to someone without some sort of prior correspondence.

That´s a very good suggestion above:

Omit LEICA in the address, LCAG is perfect, second line: Customer Service only

Abbreviatins are also used, when LEICA sends something back to you.
