Price Drops on Film Cameras?

Hi,

I noticed this on a US Dealer:-
" NEW! LEICA PROMO FOR LEICA MP & M7

Now through year's end, purchase a new Leica MP
or Leica M7, (including MP3 and a la carte), and
receive a free gift certificate worth $500 on the
purchase of any other new Leica camera, lens,
binocular, scope or laser rangefinder during the
ensuing twelve months. "

Will this happen in Europe too?
