Default Burne-Jones Window Cheltenham

I spent an hour in my local church today, All Saints in Cheltenham. The local vicar has asked me to take some shots for their Christmas cards this year. I've taken some nativity shots from the stained glass for the cards. While I was there, I took this too.

The church is a treasure from the Victorian Arts and Crafts era and this window was made by Edward Burne-Jones, a close friend of William Morris. The window is 25 feet above ground on the south transept. The shot was taken on my R9/DMR with a Tamron 300/2.8 LDIF (ISO 100 at f8) and then tweaked in lightroom and photoshop (to get rid of the distorted perspective). I hope you like it. I had never appreciated it so much until I saw it on my screen of my mac this afternoon.

Charlie

Love the colors and detail Charlie. It must be a sight in person.
