Default Waiting

This once was taken at the New Contemporary Jewish Museum in San Francisco. I love the angles of the interior of this building. They seem to work so well as works of art. I used a 12mm lens. Painted in Corel Painter.

Thank you Stu. I wonder what many of the older artists would have done with computer painting. iI cannot get Roland to try it but he follows what I do. He likes to work big...6ft x 6ft etc. Plein Aire artists should enjoy the computer. They usually paint small. Have you seen anyone in NY painting on the street using a computer? One day you will.

Car Parts Gallery updated in anticipation of possible forthcoming exhibition; it'll probably turn out crap; again.

The painterly approach honors the art aspect of architecture. But this composition is art, in and of itself, and could withstand any approach. There is something liberating about the boldness with which you practice your craft.

Caryl,

To tell you the truth, I'm not that keen on painted photos but this really works.
I would love to see the original if possible.
Thank you for sharing this one.

Thank you Ivan. The original is a blurry mess so i shall not post it. painting can save what otherwise would get discarded.
FYI: Today I found one of my paintings in Corel Painter Magazine issue 17 on p.26. What fun. I knew they were going to publish it but they would not tell me when or where.

Cheeky of them

Good for you for having your painting published and well done for that.
Don't think we get that mag in Malta, but I'll check.
