Default Somewhere in Hyde Park

Is it open to the public, closed for safety reasons, open again? The answer is sort of open but now supervised. In case we get wet and sue someone.

Thanks for your comment. Yes it was a very hot day and the water was inviting but nowadays one is not allowed to touch the water since some people slipped and sued the park. That's modern living.
