Default Prague, Mala Strana

Real Czech combo:
Fomapan T200 in Fomadon R09, the Czech para-amino phenol developer.
Leica M7, Elmarit 2,8/28mm.
Scan from split grade made photo on Variprof (Amaloco).

I really like the composition, but I think the overall contrast needs to be increased a bit.

There is some contrast loss in the 72dpi scan from the photo I think.
Here is a scan from the negative, still a flat bed Epson 3170.

Not really convincing me either. The base fog of this T200 film is due to the grey-blue layer much higher and certainly less suitable of this type of scanners.

I saw you like nice restaurants. To give you a hint for Prague:
