Anderson was convinced by family that it was better to sell the place, according to KWBU. According to Cowboys and Indians magazine, Anderson held an auction in 2010 which the properties were sold at a total of $200,000. Moyer, the purchaser, was living in San Jose, California. She grew up in the town where her grandfather owned a general store. Welcome, dear visitor!
