Stuart, lovely building. Your pictures say "Batman" to me, as the building is very "Gotham City", imho. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you, and I had never put it together that this was Batman's Gotham City, not even when I saw a reserved parking sign for Commissioner Gordon. |

Stuart - It's always a pleasure to see your NY shots, and these are no exception...esp. no. 2 (what goes on in the top windows of that tower, I wonder?). Reminds me of one of our favorite 'art' books - 'Manhattan Architecture', by (I think) Richard Berenholtz.

Both images are nicely done, and as mentioned very "Gotham" like. I tend to forget the richness of the architecture in the city, I need to get around more when I visit, instead of my usual bee line between Grand Central Terminal and B&H Photo and back. |
