Inside Beit El Dine palace, built by one of Lebanon's greatest, Emir Beshir. Today, still perfectly preserved, it serves as the Presidential summer palace and one the most important historical landmarks in Lebanon.

Here, a shot of the incredible set of arcades holding the palace above, an immense intricate space used as museum.

Beautiful muted colors, great lighting, the geometry and patterns of the arches as well as the sharpness.

I love those interlocking curves receding into the distance…great!

Sam, when I saw that part of the palace from that angle I had the same thought as yours "interlocking curves receding into the distance" and that scene made me freeze on the spot where no one else would. It's an uncommon view and I doubt anyone had captured it before!
