AFAIK he is still alive and has been quoted a short time ago as saying he still wants to work on.
He is one of my favourite architects. Is this the auditorium in Ibirapuera Park, of which consruction had not been started when I was in Rio. I will shortly be adding some photos of his 2003 Pavillion at the Serpentine Gallery in London to my new Photography website. |
