unaable to open Private messages

I have never been able to open private messages. I get a notice that I have one and when i go to the PM area, it now says I have no unread messages. Even when it says I have one, I cannot open it. I have tried downloading it but still no message. I use a Mac . Any suggestions?

Have you ANY messages shown in your PM area at all? In the "Inbox" or "Sent" sections?

If so, you will need to delete them to free up space for new ones. You can save them first as text or csv files. (I use a Mac, btw, so it's not a "Mac" thing)

Andy, it says I have 3 stored. i keep clicking on the empty button but those three never leave. Those are the only messages. I cannot delete them and I cannot open new ones. It now says I have no new ones and no unread ones but I got an email saying I had a message. I do not save messages so there are none in any folders....I do not have any folders that I know of.

Have you checked the boxes on the right hand siode before going to the bottom and choosing "Delete" from the drop down box?

Don't forget the "Sent" section too.

Highlight the ones you want to Delete

Andy, I do appreciate your help but I do not have any lists of messages nor do I have any boxes. All I have is what I am attaching.

Use the drop down menu to navigate to the folder that has messages in it.

Honestly, I tried. I tried everything. I am fairly competant with computers but I cannot get anything to open . I have tried 3 different browsers and NG.Last year I did get some messages but no more.

Sent items are empty as well.......... that is a strange one, maybe send a mail to Andreas might be some glitch in the board.

I think I have it fixed now - very strange phenomenom...

There were two accounts with the same username "carylwithay".
