question re: sponsoring membership

I've been chastised enough to become a Sponsoring Member (finally).

 

But my Forum Name is not italicized and I still show as Erfahrener Benutzer.

 

I understand I can reset these parameters, but can't figure out where.

 

Any help appreciated.

This is the scenic route to the page you are looking for:

Click on "User CP" in the horizontal bar close to the top of the screen. Click on the item "Group Memberships" in the menu that appears on the left hand side of the screen. It's the seventh from the top or the third within the group labelled "Networking".

If you just want the result and not the scenic route, take this shortcut.

Click on the radio button saying "Identify me as a member of this group" on the line beginning with "Sponsoring Member", if such is your wish.

Speaking for myself, I'm quite happy with people electing to identify themselves as sponsors; it might give ideas to other members. Not soliciting, though.
