Nope, also no visoflex forum, although that is an obvious hiatus in the current product line.

With the honourable exception of the Collectors and Historica section, any gear sub-section added to the forum has always kept in line with the current line up - M8, M9, X1, S2, etc. The D2/LC1 boys have been on this track for years to no avail, and I can see the sense of it.
I am sure if Leica announces a reflex camera line in the future then a sub-forum will be created to cater for it. Can't say the same about the Visoflex though, given that it is an accessory not a system. I'd rather see a lens sub-forum first. Regards, Bill

So would I.
The sub-forums developed out of the system used from the old forum, used until 2006, when Leica relinquished ownership to Andreas. In that old Forum, there was basically a Customer Sub-Forum and the various Photo Sub-Forums. The Customer one took just about every post. Members at that time complained that it was becoming increasingly difficult to navigate and find threads that were of interest to them and that is why more sub-forums have been added over the years. As Bill says, they tend to get added when new models get added to the Leica line up. There has been no new relex camera, other than the S2, so no new Sub-Forum. Leica reflexes have always been the poor relation to the M cameras and a dedicated Sub-Forum would be a pretty quiet backwater, I would think. However, the addition of more and more Sub-Forums just means that it becomes increasingly difficult to find stuff that is of of interest, as threads are regularly placed in the "wrong" place. This means that there is more work for moderators to do, too, in keeping the threads in their appropriate Sub-Forum. It is a question of keeping a "happy medium" and, with the notable exception of a "Lens" Sub-Forum, I think that Andreas has this about right.

And one for S cameras. See the problem? Suddenly you have at least three extra sub-forums to navigate. What about Zeiss lenses? Or Voightlander? What about Cooke and Taylor-Hobson? Canon?
If it were my decision, which it isn't, I would have just one lens sub-forum.
