The nice thing about the newest, latest, fastest, sharpest, most pixels ever, etc., is how cheaply I can get last year's best, fastest, etc. I was thinking that a Canon 5D that was terrific last year, and now is lousy, still takes great pictures, and is a bargain new at less than 1700- new or even around 1300- used. My M8 still has great looking files [regardless of the card I use] and these will look as good, next year, as well. My 20MB/sec SD cards still work as well as last year, and I still rarely run up against the buffer.
