D-Lux 3 does support RAW, as does the equivalent Lumix LX-2. however in your original post you mentioned C-Lux 3 ... different camera.
In the comparison here, did you mean C-Lux 3 or D-Lux 3 vs Lumix LX-3 or D-Lux 4 vs LX-3? The latter are equivalent, albeit priced significantly differently.
